BV: Lauren, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
LM: In my early twenties, I was a professional singer with the recording group, “Tuxedo Junction” and living in Los Angeles. After attending a life-changing personal growth workshop, I decided to leave show business and became a mind-body psychotherapist.
After living and working in Europe for several years, I returned to the U.S., got a master’s degree in Organizational Development, and expanded my work into the corporate arena. Prior to founding my own firm in 2001, I worked with people in career transition at Right Management, served as Vice President of Learning and Organizational Development at Boston Financial, and led Arthur Andersen’s People Strategy consulting practice for the Northeast region.
