An innovative navigator of change for 25 years, Lauren is a renowned coach, consultant, speaker, educator, and creator of Illumineering Coaching. She is the author of the international bestseller, Solemate: Master the Art of Aloneness & Transform Your Life, fellow author of Speaking of Success with Jack Canfield and Stephen Covey, commentator for CNN and FOX, and blogger for her Live Boldly blog, Huffington Post, and other media.

During her career, Lauren has also been a psychotherapist, corporate executive, and host of the Life Keys show on Hay House Radio. Prior to entering the personal and professional development fields, Lauren was a vocalist with Tuxedo Junction and host on the PM Magazine TV show. After attending a life-changing seminar in the 1980s, she left the entertainment industry to become a mind-body psychotherapist. She completed her training in Munich, Germany, where she integrated the modalities of Family Systems, Voice Dialogue, Bioenergetics, Breath Therapy, and Emotional Release in her private practice with individuals and couples.

After living in Europe for several years, Lauren returned to the U.S. and expanded her work to include the corporate arena. Prior to founding her own firm in 2001, she served as a Senior Coach at Right Management, led Arthur Andersen's Northeast Region’s People Strategy consulting practice, and served as Vice President of Learning and Organizational Development at Boston Financial.

Lauren brings her coaching and consulting expertise, keynote presentations, workshops, and training programs to individuals, groups, and organizations around the world. Her work has been covered widely in the media, including NPR, CNN, FOX, Wall Street Journal, Forbes, and many other outlets. Lauren has served as a guest lecturer at Brandeis and Harvard Universities, faculty member at Babson College and Northeastern University, and a featured presenter at Canyon Ranch, Omega, and Kripalu.

Lauren holds a Master's degree in Organizational Development, Master's level German certification in Mind-Body Psychotherapy, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
