Your privacy is important to Lauren Mackler & Associates LLC (“LMA,” “we” or “us”). No one under age 13 is allowed to register for the Web site or provide any personally identifiable information or use our social, community, and public discussion areas. As stated in the Terms of Use, you have represented and warranted that you are at least 18 years of age or using the Web site with the supervision of a parent or guardian. If you are under the age of 13, do not, under any circumstance, submit any personally identifiable information to us and always rely on a parent or guardian to assist you.

Disputes

This Privacy Policy is governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of Massachusetts, without reference to its conflict of laws principles. All disputes shall be resolved as described in LMA’s Terms of Use.
